I'm proud to say that the Picklepanda Etsy shop is officially open for business! It is a collaborative effort between and I to raise contributions for our high school Relay For Life.
We specialize in polymer clay sculptures, charms and doodads based off of video games, anime and other nerd culture(although you may see non-clay items later on.) Not only is this a great chance for us to support a great cause, we're also learning the ins and outs of clay, paint and business.

Introducing the Pokedoughnuts
Pokedoughnuts are tiny doughnut charms based off of Nintendo's Pokemon characters. They're currently available as necklaces, and will later also be available as cell phone charms and earrings. Each Doughnut is handmade and goes through multiple versions to find the perfect look. Pokedoughnuts are a signature item of the PicklePanda shop.
Pokedoughnuts will be released in batches. Rare Pokemon will not be available as often as others! However, we will let you guys know when new batches are released in journal posts- always check the "Pokedoughnut Arrivals" section of our journals to see who's ready for catching and who will be available soon! Don't worry if you miss out on a charm you wanted, we will be releasing both old and new charms with each batch. To celebrate the launch of our Etsy account, Shaymin is being released! Be sure to pick her up now, because you'll have to wait for our Gracidea Flower Event to get her later.

FAQ
=======================
1) Do you do commissions?
Yes and no. While we do not usually do commissions, we do take requests for Pokedoughnuts- if you have a Pokemon you want but we aren't offering, we'll add it to our to-do list. In rare cases, we may do a commission- mainly if we personally know you or you ask us super nicely and offer cookies.
2) What about art trades?
Right now, we aren't participating in art trades since we want to raise as many donations as we can. Once we meet our initial Relay goal, we'll let you guys know, and feel free to ask us then.
3) Can I buy something from your Etsy account with DA Points?
Unfortunately, no. Our goal is to raise money for the ACS' Relay for Life, not upgrade our deviantart accounts.
4) Does this mean you won't be doing anything but clay?
Of course not, I'll still be uploading my drawings and papercrafts. Not that you'd want to see them. xD
5) What about when your Relay For Life is over?
We will still be maintaining the shop and Pokedoughnuts. No worries! We plan to promote Relay For Life with our Etsy Shop next year as well.
6) Is there a specific order you're going for with the Pokedoughnuts?
There is a very light system we're trying to go under, we'll follow it most of the time, but we may break it once in a while. We'll mainly be focusing on the first generation of Pokemon for now, but if we have a Pokemon we like from another generation, we may make that into a Pokedoughnut.
7) I'm afraid of change!
Umm... Okay? *gives card for psychiatrist*

Upcoming stuff...
New computer that doesn't suck! YAY!
Working on some art right now. Not promising that I'll be done anytime soon, but I'm really excited for this piece so I'm going rather quickly. Err... quick for Pickle standards.
But holy crap guys conventions. I am so excited for cosplaying this summer. SUPER EXCITEDKDNFKSDJDSFDSJFDSJF. Unfortunately, my plans for Metrocon are shaky and I'm not certain I will be able to go. But I am trying my hardest to get there. If I can't, then I will be going to Conneticon all alone instead. xD Plans thusfar (and for once I'm not procrastinating and I've actually started working on these haha):
Friday: A surprise w
Oh god I lied
Welp looks like yet again I've told you guys I'd upload stuff and haven't, but this time I have an actual excuse! My computer is pretty much dead. I can do basic tasks, but the hardrive is corrupted and my laptop has a heating issue that's caused the motherboard solder to melt into a different place. Uploading files takes a really long time, but I can barely run SAI anymore, and that always worked decently. So I'm sorry for that. T_T
I did make an Anipan but I don't have anything on it for the same reason. I'm # 1599 ! Add me if you want, but stuff probably won't get posted until I get a better laptop.
Stuff is coming eventually.
I don't upload much but for some reason I hate having journals up for a long time. I'm weird like that. xD
Anyway, I have a ton of stuff to upload. Lots of clay things (not finished with the Okami Weps but there are a few waiting to be uploaded, I haven't forgotten my goal to make them all), older paper crafts, newer paper crafts that need pictures and some digital art (I'm feeling more optimistic about my art and I'm still working hard on it!). I'm just so lazy with uploading arghhh, it takes too much work. Writing descriptions is easy, I just hate dealing with images and files and folders. Cropping together pictures of 3-dimensional art ma
No more excuses-the real reason I don't upload art
This new years I made a very cliche resolution- to draw more. Admittedly, we're already a third of the way through the year but I'm finally enforcing it. In the last few years I've gone from drawing every week to drawing once a season(heck probably once a year). I know I make a lot of promises that I never keep, but this one is really important to me and I'm going to stick with it. Due to my IB schedule, I'm not promising lots of art, because that will never happen (and after the summer I assume that HL Math will become my new art T_T), but I will try my hardest to draw when I have the free time.
First off, why don't I draw anymore? The bes
